At the POS (point of sale), i.e. the place of sale or at the POP (point of purchase), the place of purchase, the buyer has the first contact with a product or service. Rational decision-making, but also gut feeling as an emotional aspect, determine a purchase. Packaging transports the properties of the product or service visually and haptically and thus promotes sales.
We are familiar with all aspects of packaging design and are only satisfied when a product itself is excellent, its packaging extremely attractive and the technical documentation and operating instructions are consistent and self-explanatory.
